Shipping Times

We ship Stone & Game pieces from our warehouse within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times depend on your location:

• Sweden: 2–4 business days
• Nordic countries: 3–6 business days
• Rest of EU: 4–8 business days
• Outside EU: 7–14 business days

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders
• Customs duties may apply for orders outside the EU and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How We Pack

Marble is heavy and deserves a careful journey. Every piece is individually wrapped, padded, and packed in custom-fit protective material. We use double-walled boxes for chess sets and reinforce all corners.

In the rare case that a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@stoneandgame.com with photos and we'll make it right.

Order Status

Once your order ships, you can track it using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or write to us — we'll resend it.
