Returns

A Simple, Honest Returns Policy

We believe in our pieces. If yours doesn't feel right when it arrives, we want to know — and we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund. The piece must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Complete with all pieces and accessories

How to Return

  1. Email info@stoneandgame.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack the piece carefully in its original packaging.
  4. Send it back using a tracked shipping method.

Return Shipping

For returns within Sweden, we cover the return shipping cost when the return is due to our error (damage, wrong item, defect). For change-of-mind returns, the cost is yours.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm everything is in order, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions, no return shipping needed from you.

Final Sale Items

Custom orders and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
